I had the pleasure of working with Shannon during my leasing process, and I cannot speak highly enough about her professionalism and customer service. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Shannon was extremely knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer every question I had with patience and detail. She provided clear guidance on the leasing process, walked me through all the necessary steps, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with each decision. Her communication was outstanding—she was always prompt, thorough, and genuinely kind in every interaction. What stood out the most was how much she truly cares about the residents. Shannon went out of her way to ensure that I felt welcomed and valued, making the entire move-in experience a positive one. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and sincerity, but Shannon does exactly that. She is an incredible asset to the team, and I’m very grateful for all her help. If you’re considering leasing here, you’ll be in excellent hands with Shannon!

The move-in process was so smooth at South Fork. Shannon and the rest of the team were very friendly, helpful and quick to reply with information. We moved from out of state to Gillette and I could not have been more at ease with working with such a professional team!

I’ve had a very positive experience working with Shannon during the leasing process and my initial move-in. Shannon has always been responsive over email or the phone and has been very accommodating when asking for more information or help with minor issues. My apartment was opened for me in clean and very good condition during my move-in. Looking forward to the complex amenities’ remodel.
